About Me
My family got our first computer from Radio Shack in the late '80s. It was a Tandy 1000 with a 286 processor, and I was 5. I've been hooked ever since.
I graduated from Binghamton University in 2005, with a double major in computer science and music. After a brief stint at Goldman Sachs and a failed startup, I spent 7 years building and managing a client-facing solutions engineering team at Capital IQ, which is now part of S&P Global. Since 2015, I've been part of the Professional Services team at Skytap, a cloud infrastructure startup.
I have extensive experience in building global, customer-facing engineering teams and functions from the ground up. I also love to get my hands dirty using interesting technology to solve customers' problems. Over the past two years, I've refreshed my web development skillset by completing Bloc's Full Stack bootcamp and Thinkful's Web Frontend course. You can find some of my projects in the portfolio below.
Other things I enjoy include stand-up comedy, choral music and NPR podcasts.
